SOAR is a MFIP and DWP provider. MFIP and DWP helps families with children or pregnant women meet their basic needs through cash assistance and other support while actively searching for employment. MFIP and DWP is funded from the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services and administered through St. Louis County Government services.
