RE-ENTRY SERVICES
When we support people to become contributing members of our community, we all benefit. We increase the tax base and the health of our region. We improve relationships and self-confidence. We reduce reliance on public services. We help people find something powerful in themselves.
Re-entry Services is a voluntary program for current, or recently incarcerated individuals who are transitioning back to the community from incarceration. Participants benefit from mentoring, case management, employment services, and they obtain support to address barriers impacting their successful transition.
